REQUIRED SKILLS:
• HEAT – 5 years
• Experience with a Child Welfare Information System such as SACWIS –
5 years
• Citrix – 2 years
• Active Directory – 2 years
• Robohelp – 3 years
• Technical Writing – 3 years
• Knowledge of SACWIS requirements
• Knowledge of help-authoring software tools such that documentation
can be incorporated in the automated application

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Application Business Support Analyst who will be responsible for
performing the following minimum tasks. The vendor must state whether
these tasks can be performed and if there are issues or concerns with
each task:
• Handle production support issues including those that require
escalation to higher or other support levels
• Provide front line interaction with the program area help desk staff
• Incorporate documentation in the automated application
• Document on-line help support within MACWIS by using Robohelp
• Track Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS)
requirement changes and enhancements within the application
• Provide MIS on-call support for emergency fixes reported by Hotline
Call Center
• Handle end user help requests until satisfactory resolution has been
achieved
• Assist and/or lead user acceptance testing and training testing
• Document help request in the HEAT help desk application
• Train end users and State staff in version release application
changes and corrections
• Assist in testing the resolution of a help request
