- Installation and support of all Server based Rational Products (ClearCase, CCRC, ClearQuest, ClearQuest Web, Quantity Manager, RequisitePro)
- Installation and support of server based HP AMP
- Needs to collect Installation Qualification records for Validation
- Strong ClearCase skills
- Strong knowledge of functionality for all of the Rational products
- Server Administration for all Rational products
- Troubleshooting skills
- Security for all products
- How to connect to IBM support to log issues.
- Installation and support of server based HP AMP
