Job Title: Senior ERP Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 24 Months

Rate: DOE



Minimum Requirements:

• System consulting experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft

implementation projects.

• Extensive working knowledge of PeopleSoft applications to include

module expertise in the Finance track.

• In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and ERP industry

best practices.

• Experience managing multi-organization, multi-year implementations

and/or upgrades.

• Project Management experience coupled with a strong business

knowledge and ability to interact with all levels of end users and

Senior Managers.

• Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of IT

Project Management.

• Experience independently planning and accomplishing goals in a wide

variety of complicated tasks using a wide degree of creativity and

latitude.

• Experience preparing and documenting functional and technical

specifications using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint,

PowerPoint, Project).

• Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge to business and

technical personnel.

• Effective leadership, collaboration and communication skills as well

as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with

minimum supervision.

• Experience managing and documenting AS IS and TO BE business

processes, including assessment and verification.

• System consulting experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft

implementation projects.



Preferences:

• Extensive working knowledge of PeopleSoft applications to include

module expertise in HCM planning and implementation.

• Experience at a Texas state agency performing project management,

quality improvement, business process analysis, and/or stakeholder

interaction on large and small projects.

• Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework

• Experience with ITIL

• PMI Certification

• Bachelor's degree
