Position: .NET/ASP Developer
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: NEWARK, NJ
Short Description: Require a senior software project manager with Extract Transform Load (ETL) experience. This position requires both hands on development/ETL with some management activities. Complete Description: Manage the continuous delivery of an existing .NET/ASP Bus Passenger Communications System that contains both a web front-end and back-end asynchronous processes.
Migrate an existing asynchronous subsystem to an ETL based solution (hands - on)
Make tactical and strategic application and infrastructure architecture changes
Manage the work of at least one existing developer
Implement best practices for software testing and delivery
Minimum 5 years of .NET/ASP development at an Enterprise Level - Required - 5 Years;
SQL (indexes, buffer pools, partitions, tuning, performance) - Required - 5 Years;
Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) technologies - Required;
Demonstrate an understanding of RDBM Systems - Required;
Understanding of standard Web and asynchronous design patterns - Required;
Team lead ability with strong communication skills- Required;
Ability to write quality ASP and .NET code in a timely fashion - Required;
Strong interpersonal skills - Required;
Experience with .NET/ASP web and asynchronous application architecture, dev - Required;
High Level of Initiative - Required
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
