Requirement:

Title: Sr. SAP HCM Consultant

Duration: 9 weeks possible extension

Location: Denver, CO.

Description:

The client is looking for a Sr. SAP HCM PA/OM consultant with experience in Management of Global Employee (MGE) functionality for 9 weeks project at Denver, CO.

Required skill and Responsibilities:

• ·         Minimum 7+ years experience with SAP Personnel Management Module
• ·         Experience implementing SAP's Management of Global Employee functionality, including integration of the solution to payroll processing
• ·         Ability to assess the impact of Management of Global Employment on interfaces, reports and other existing functionality
• ·         Extensive experience with Personnel Administration, including global implementations across multiple continents
• ·         Ability to integrate Management of Global Employment practices within other existing processes, minimizing impact
• ·         Experience with or knowledge of KPMG's Link Enterprise Solution preferred
• ·         Experience with writing functional specifications for interfaces to third-party products; ability to work with third-parties to develop best practice solutions for integrative processes
• ·         Additional knowledge of Personnel Management, Personnel Actions, Dynamic Actions and Organizational Management preferred
• ·         Strong oral and written communications skills, including the ability to analyze and develop detailed written policies, procedures and system documentation, and effectively manage workshops and presentations
• ·         Ability to communicate with and work with people from a variety of cultures
• ·         Experience working with offshore and offsite resources
• ·         Collaborative working style, focused on developing the best solution for the customer within the overall goals of the HCM solution.
• ·         Adherence to documentation and configuration standards established by the SAP Project Manager and HCM Team Lead, including adherence to Solution Manager and SAP Best Practices standards
• ·         Knowledge of SAP best practices and Solution Manager preferred
