Title: Global Payroll Lead
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 12+ months
Start Date: 10/14/11
Description:
The client is looking for SAP HCM Lead Consultant for 12+ months contract in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration of payroll processing for multiple countries, including development of schemas and rules, form design, report design, analyzing and meeting all local legal requirements.
- Coordinate payroll configuration with Finance team members to ensure proper integration.
- Development of global standards for payroll process and payroll configuration.
- Oversee a project team of onsite, offsite and off shore resources, ensuring consistent configuration and development.
- Coordinate development of global payroll solution for customer with work sites in North America, South America, Africa and Australia.
- Collaborate with other members of the HCM team to ensure that the payroll solution aligns with the global standards as defined by the HCM Team Lead.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years experience with SAP payroll with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Global payroll configuration experience, preferably in a lead role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and within short deadlines
- Need a Self-starter, Team Player and Presentation skills required

The client is looking for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for 12+ months contract at Denver, CO.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience with SAP Payroll.
- Global payroll configuration experience.
- Experience working with off-shore and off-site resources.
- Deep knowledge of payroll configuration, including payroll schemas and rules
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and within short deadlines
- • Need a Self-starter, Team Player and Presentation skills required
